We are delighted to say that we are taking part in this year's Open Farm Sunday.
You are very welcome to join us for a farm walk which will allow us to show you our herd of British White cattle and how we use the farm to keep and maintain them in good health.
Apart from our beautiful cattle which are used to produce some of the most delicious beef you are ever likely to taste, we will show you some of the machinery we use to make the silage and hay which forms most of our cattle's diets.
The farm is also taking part in the Sustainable Farming Initiative and the Countryside stewardship scheme for improved grassland and hedgerows.
During the walk we will explain how these new farming initiatives are designed to play a major role in wild life habitat and climate change.
After the walk you can relax with a cup of tea or taste one of the gourmet burgers we will be serving from the BBQ.
Did I mention children's activities? These are the farmers and environmental custodians of the future so we have some special activities lined up for them.
